- Orders placed from Monday to Saturday until 19:00 can be sent the same day from 10:30 to 20:30.
- Orders received on Sunday until 15:30 can be sent the same day from 11:00 to 18:00.
- If you do not wish to be contacted beforehand, you need to state this in the notes field of your order as well as set us a two-hour window in which you want us to deliver.
- For delivery of orders during other hours, please contact us first.
Outside of AtticaDeliveries outside Attica concern large urban centers and are made from Monday to Saturday. No deliveries are made on Sunday.
AbroadOrders abroad must be placed up to two days before the execution date.
Deliveries are always made after telephone communication and confirmation with the recipient of the receipt. In case of absence of the recipient, we contact the sender for further information. Products may vary depending on season and availability. If there are no flowers (or any other product such as a pot, vase, base, etc.) or the color of the flower you selected is sold out, then it will be replaced with a similar item of equal or greater value. If this change significantly changes the image of the product you ordered, the customer service department will contact you to inform you and ask for your consent to process your order. If the recipient does not agree to receive their flowers, no refund will be made. However, you can pick up your order from our headquarters or after telephone consultation with you, we can deliver it to a new address - charging additional shipping if necessary. In case the recipient is absent despite the phone consultation that always precedes the delivery time, the order is returned to our store. You are informed by phone and either you pick up the product yourself from our headquarters, or your order is sent again (after a new consultation with the recipient) and you are charged the extra shipping costs that arise.
